Account and service data
The service processes the account details you submit, profile content, gameplay records and moderation or security records needed to run the server.
How it is used
This data is used to authenticate accounts, publish rankings and profiles, operate game features, prevent abuse and enforce the server rules.
Session cookies
The website stores session and refresh tokens in secure, HttpOnly first-party cookies. Browser scripts cannot read them, and signing out removes them.
Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay records are retained while the account is active. Moderation and security records may be kept where needed to prevent abuse or preserve leaderboard integrity. Contact staff to request access, correction or account deletion.
Service providers
Hosting and network providers may process limited technical data only to operate, secure and deliver the service. MellowOsu does not sell account data.
