Connection guide
Connect osu! to MellowOsu
The standalone patcher is not required yet. osu! can connect directly through one launch argument on the game shortcut.

Open shortcut properties
Right-click your osu! shortcut and select Properties.

Edit the Target field
Place the cursor after the closing quote, add one space, then append the server argument.

Apply the change
Click Apply, then OK. Do not rename or move osu!.exe.

Launch from this shortcut
Start osu! with the edited shortcut and sign in with your MellowOsu account.
Important
- The argument belongs outside the quotes around the executable path.
- Always launch the game using the edited shortcut.
- Remove the argument to return to the official osu! server.
